"My time with Mary in coaching was affirming, clarifying, and deeply encouraging. Mary gave me eyes to see the way forward amidst a complex set of circumstances and decision points. I am now equipped with a set of mental soundtracks and strategies I continue to use on a daily basis. Her radical candor and warmth are rare gifts she uses with deep intentionality and care. My clients now benefit from the centered confidence and mindset I carry into my interactions with them, no matter the complexity and dynamics. I highly recommend Mary, especially if you are willing to put in the work to reflect, shift, and wrestle with the ideas and strategies she shares and brings to light from what is already inside you."

What is Leadership Coaching?

Leadership coaching has a two-fold meaning: it refers to working with the leaders of an organization helping them maximize their abilities and lead their teams well, and it also refers to a leadership style that executives use when working with their teams.

Engaging clients as thinking partners to envision the right thing, determining the right timing and applying the right resources in their area of responsibility.

Coaching includes co-creating actionable strategies that allow
clients to achieve their stated goals and objectives in a timelier manner.

The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

"Mary is intentional in everything that she does. Before every meeting, I know she has planned and prepared. During our time, she excels at building rapport, is a wonderful listener, and is encouraging. In every session I have ever had with Mary, I walk away feeling validated and heard and have a plan of action to succeed. She has an innate ability to take the information you share with her, process it, and help you turn it into something positive with manageable next steps. I am so very grateful to Mary and all the help and support she has provided me. "

My Experience

My coaching journey started over 10 years ago with 3 different people at 3 different times, in 2 different states telling me they thought I’d make a good Coach and suggested I go back to school and become credentialed.

I knew nothing about professional coaching, but I did recognize the uniqueness of these people and their collective wisdom.

After much investigation, I choose one of the oldest accredited institutions, Institute for Life Coach Training, for Coaching and began the process.

Helping people get clear about their vision for the future, helping them see their unique gifts and talents and how they can utilize them to bring their vision to reality is a gift.

Coaching is hard work, it takes courage to look at old beliefs and make decisions about what is best to take with you into the future. It takes courage to answer questions that are likely to change your plans and potentially your life.
